  • 1 Cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 Cup Skinless Seedless Cucumber
  • 4 Cups Tomato Cut In Pieces


1. Place the tomato chunks in an upright blender, add a little water to allow the blades to absorb the solids.

2. When the tomatoes get liquid, add the cucumber and pulse to combine, add the spinach and blend smooth.

3. If needed add more water and season.

4. Pour the smoothies in large glasses and serve.
