Paneer Sandwich

This is an ideal brunch recipe to munch on. Easy to cook and healthy to eat. Try out this most easy paneer sandwich recipe.


  • Cottage cheese, grated, ½ small cup
  • Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
  • Paprika, 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder, 1 tsp
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Brown bread, 2 pieces


1. Mix the above ingredients.

2. Take a bread slice and put a layer of the above mixture. Top with another slice. Grill well for 5 minutes or until nice and crisp. serve hot.
