Rice Cakes With Dried Fruit Sprinkles


  • 4 Tbsp Cream Cheese Softened
  • ½ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Plain Rice Cake
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Apple
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Apricots
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Banana
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Blackberries
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Cherries


1. In a bowl, add cream cheese and cinnamon and mix to combine.

2. Spread over the rice cake. In a bowl, mix together, apple, apricots, banana, blackberries and cherries.

3. Sprinkle with dried fruits.
