1. Place the pancake ingredients in an up -right blender and blend smooth.
2. Bake four breakfast pancakes from the mix in a greased non stick frying pan.
3. Top one pancake with the bacon, ham and cheese, top with another pancake and cook the 'sandwiches' until the cheese has melted.
4. Serve warm with the grapefruit syrup.
