Chilled Cantaloupe Soup

This is easy vegetarian soup recipe to add to your starters menu. Grab this healthy soup recipe to indulge in the aroma of delicious soup. Try it with some ice to taste it's best.


  • 1 Cantaloupe
  • 2 Cups Orange Juice
  • ¼ Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Basil To Garnish


1. Peel, seed and cube the cantaloupe.

3. Stir in lemon juice, cinnamon and remianing orange juice

4. Cover and refrigerate for atleast 1 hour. Garnish with basil leaves
