Vegan Blueberry Pancakes.

This is most delicious and easy to cook recipe for breakfast menu. Try it out some maple syrup to taste it's best. Add some flavors to your desserts.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Cups Soy milk
  • 12 Cup Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries

Method

1. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add the soymilk and oil and mix until well combined, then add in the blueberries and stir.

2. One quick tip about making pancakes, and particularly vegan pancakes: Don't over mix the batter, and don't let it sit too long if you want the fluffiest and lightest pancakes possible.

3. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a hot greased griddle and cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side
