Avocado Egg Salad

Try out this healthy salad recipe to develop new flavors of healthy Salads. Try it out with mint mayonnaise to enhance the taste of the salad.


  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • ½ Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Celery Stalk
  • 1 Tbsp Chives
  • Salt & Black Pepper To Taste


1. Mash avocado, mayonnaise and lemon juice together in a medium bowl.

2. Stir in the eggs, celery and chives.

3. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
