Paleo Fried Rice


  • 3 Cups Raw Cauliflower
  • ½ Cup Peas
  • ½ Cup Thinly Sliced Carrots
  • 3 Garlic Clove Minced
  • ½ Cup Diced Onion
  • ½ Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Scrambled Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce


1. Saute garlic and onions in a large pan over a medium-high heat until onions become soft

2. Add in peas and carrots until carrots soften and peas are heated through

3. Stir in scrambled eggs, cauliflower and soy sauce. Cook, stirring frequently

4. Add in any protein of your choice, for e.g. water chestnuts, bok choy, cabbage or broccoli
