Baked Salmon With Lemon & Thyme

  • 32 Oz Salmon
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Capers
  • Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
  • for drizzling Olive Oil


1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and place salmon, skin side down, on the prepared baking sheet.

2. Generously season salmon with salt and pepper. Arrange capers on the salmon, and top with sliced lemon and thyme.

3. Place baking sheet in a cold oven, then turn heat to 400° F. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
