Chinese Oats


  • ½ Cup Regular Oats
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • ½ Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Chives
  • White Pepper To Taste
  • 2 Egg Whites


1. In a microwave, prepare oats with extra water and salt.

2. When one minute is left, fold in egg white and continue cooking.

3. When oats is cooked, stir the soy sauce, sesame oil and white pepper.4. Finish off with fresh chives.
