1. Bok choi with oyster sauce & chilli.
2. Heat oil in a wok and add garlic. Fry for 2 min.
3. Add in the bok choi and stir well until the leaves wilt.
4. Add in oyster sauce, soy and 50 ml water.5. Simmer for 3 min and scatter chilli all over to serve.
