Mixed Bean Goulash

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion Finely Chopped
  • 2 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Cup Tomatoes WithGarlic
  • 4 Cup Water 
  • 400 Gm Mixed Beans Drained & Rinsed

Method

1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes until softened.

3. Add paprika and cook for 1 minute.

4. Add tomatoes and water and cook for 10 minutes.

5. Add beans and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until thickened .
