Hummus

Ingredients:

  • Garlic - 2 Clove
  • Canned garbanzo beans - 1 Can (10 Oz)
  • Tahini - 2 Tbsp
  • Lemon/Lime - 1 , juiced
  • Salt and pepper - To Taste
  • Olive Oil - 1/3 Cup
  • Water - 1/4 Cup

Method

1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.


2. Garnish the hummus with olive oil and red chili (optional). Serve with pita bread


3. You can adjust the consistency of the Hummus by adding a bit of more water.
