Coconut Fish Curry


  • 250 Gm Chickpeas
  • As required Water
  • ½  Tsp Eating Soda
  • ¼  Cup Oil
  • ½  Tsp Nigella Stevia
  • 1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • ½  Tsp Salt
  • 450 Gm Fish Steaks Or Cubes
  • ½  Cup Oil
  • ¼  Cup Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Chilli Powder


1. In a frying pan, heat oil on medium heat, add in onion, chili powder, coriander powder, ginger paste, turmeric powder and salt. Heat the mixture for about 5-8 minutes or until oil makes layer.

2. Now add in coconut milk and let it boil for a while.

3. Then add in lemon juice, sugar and green chilies.

4. After that, place the fish in a layer. Cover and cook until fish is done and oil separates.
