Chinese Style Kale


  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 7 Oz Kale
  • 3 Fluid Oz Boiling Water
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce


1. Heat oil in a large wok and add in the garlic. Cook till fragrant.

2. Throw in kale and toss around the pan, coating the veggie in the garlic-infused oil.

3. Pour over boiling water and cook for 7 more min until kale has cooked through.

4. Stir in the sauces and heat through.
