Black Bean Chilli

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 2 Chopped Onions
  • 3 Tbsp Spanish Paprika
  • 3 Tbsp Cumin Ground
  • 3 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 x 400g Tomatoes
  • 2 x 400g Black Beans
  • Sliced Radishes & Spring Onions To Serve
  • Feta Cheese To Serve


Method

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot and fry garlic and onions for 5 min.

2. Add cumin and pimento for a few min and then pour in vinegar, sugar, tomatoes and seasoning.

3. Cook for 10 min.

4. Add in beans and cook for 10 min.
