- 1 Small Roasted Beet Hummus
- 3/4 Cups Cooked Chickpeas
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Lemon Zest
- 2 Garlic Clove Minced
- 1/4 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- as per taste Salt & Pepper
1. In a food processor, add beet, chickpeas and lemon juice.
2. Blend at a low speed until smooth.
3. Add lemon zest, garlic, oil and blend at high speed.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
