Ingredients:

  • 1 Small Roasted Beet Hummus
  • 3/4 Cups Cooked Chickpeas
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1/4 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • as per taste Salt & Pepper

Method

1. In a food processor, add beet, chickpeas and lemon juice.

2. Blend at a low speed until smooth.

3. Add lemon zest, garlic, oil and blend at high speed.

4. Season with salt and pepper.
