- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Large Pc Plantain
- ½ Cup Guava Jelly
- 1 Tbsp Rum
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 350
2. Grease a baking sheet with oil & arrange the plantains on it.
3. In a small saucepan, melt the guava jelly & rum over medium heat & season with salt & pepper. Pour the mixture over the plantains & bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
