Avocado Tomato Salad With Bacon & Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 Pc Avocado Cut In Chunks
  • 1 Pc Tomato Diced
  • 3 Pcs 5 Min. Boiled Eggs
  • 4 Slices of Bacon Crispy Baked
  • ½ Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • Salt To Taste
  • Black Pepper To Taste

Method

1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and combine.

2. Divide the salad over two smaller bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
