Avocado Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 Pcs Avocados (Sliced)
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream (Low-Fat)
  • ½ Cup Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Pc Jalapeno (Finely Chopped)
  • ½ Tsp Coarse Salt
  • Tortilla Chips (Gluten-Free, For Serving)

Method

1. In a food processor, combine avocados, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno, & salt. Pulse until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary. Serve with tortilla chips.
