Avocado & Carrot Sandwich

This is the best and easy to make sandwich recipe. Try out this delicious recipe and develop new flavors of bread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tsp Sriracha
  • 1 Tsp Brown Sugar
  • ½ Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Pc Carrot (Grated)
  • 1 Pc Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Handful Spinach
  • Sea Salt To Taste
  • Black Pepper (To Taste)

Method

1. First off, grate 1 carrot & put in a small Bowl, mix in the tsp ofsriracha, ½ tsp of smoked paprika with the tsp of brown sugar together. Set aside.

2. Mash your avocado with a fork until it becomes a puree. Stir in 1 tbsp of lemon juice as well as the sea salt & black pepper.

3. Use the carrot mix as a spread for your Sandwich, lay on some raw spinach leaves on top & then add a generous serving of the avocado puree on top.
