Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

  • 1 Cup Chopped Apple
  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 Almonds
  • 8 Oz Coconut Water
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tbsp Protein Powder


1. In a blender, put all the ingredients mentioned above & blend for about 12-15 seconds!

2. Add 2-3 cubes of ice and garnish the drink with cinnamon powder!

3. Serve chilled.
